Ultra-Compact Machine Vision Solutions

Ultra-Compact Machine Vision Solutions are kits designed for ease of assembly and integration into machine vision applications and systems in a small 80.5 x 75mm (3.17 x 2.95”) form factor. The included TECHSPEC® Ultra Compact Fixed Focal Length Lens provides high resolution and exceptional image quality from a working distance of 200mm out to infinity, allowing for versatile spatial positioning. Paired with the included Allied Vision Alvium 1800 U-500m USB 3.1 Camera and an included Advanced Illumination High Intensity Ring Light, this solution features 2.2μm backside illuminated pixels and light intensity of 37W/m² at 100mm to provide a high Nyquist of approximately 227lp/mm. Ultra-Compact Machine Vision Solutions are ideal for a wide range of machine vision and factory automation applications such as optical character recognition (OCR) and matte metallic object finish inspection. Additionally, this all-in-one hardware solution is offered at a reduced price and can be utilized outside of an industrial environment and serve as an affordable machine vision system option for labs and universities.
