The Energetiq Free Space Laser-Driven Light Source (LDLS™) delivers high brightness monochromatic light with a spectral range of 170 - 2500nm. The LDLS covers the spectral range of common lamps used in spectroscopy applications, including deuterium, tungsten, and xenon arc, while providing higher brightness and longer lifetime. SM1 threading on the output port provides an easy way to integrate optics utilizing our SM Tube System to collimate or attenuate the light output as needed. The Energetiq Free Space Laser-Driven Light Source is used in thin-film measurements, gas phase measurements, stray light analysis, materials characterization, UV-NIR spectroscopy, life science imaging, or any application requiring a high brightness light source.
Note: Nitrogen purge is optional but recommended for best performance, especially for applications operating in the UV.
